This beautiful ornate humidor has a hand carved design on each side as well as the lid and has a dark walnut finish. We have polished the humidor to reflect the beautiful patina that it has acquired over the last 125+ years. The humidor is an excellent example of the early master carvers, and we have not seen this particular style before.
After a thorough restoration process, this humidor has been brought back to its original condition. It is capable of accommodating approximately 25 of your finest cigars. During the restoration, a discovery was made on the bottom of the humidor - the name and date of the previous owner, Joseph W. Ubreiter, May 26, 1894. We have intentionally left the center of the bottom uncovered, as we believe it adds to the distinctive charm of this special humidor.
